To exchange tickets purchased on fountainstonetheaters.com at the theater, the credit card used in the purchase must be presented at the box office. To refund tickets purchased at fountainstonetheaters.com at the theater, the confirmation number and credit card used in the online purchase must be presented at the box office to process a refund. Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable.

Funds will be returned to the same payment card used to make the purchase. There are no refunds after the printed showtime, once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable.
